    WORKING AT TRIDENT CONSTRUCTION

    EMPLOYEE PROFILE:

    Ryan Tomberlin
    Superintendent

When I first joined Trident Construction ten years ago, I was drawn to their reputation for building awesome projects and the opportunity to work exclusively in Charleston. But what really hooked me was the family-oriented culture and the tight-knit team atmosphere. It felt like home right from the start.

At Trident, relationships matter. I can’t stress that enough. It’s not just about the buildings; it’s about the people. From the design team to my fellow team members and subcontractors, we’re all in this together. We work as a family, supporting and inspiring each other ever step of the way. One thing I love about Trident is the accessibility of the owners. They’re so hands-on and genuinely care about each team member’s growth and development. They believe that if you’re doing your job right, you’re always training your replacement. That mindset has stuck with me. I’ve made it my mission to mentor and guide those around me.

    Anna Hyatt
    Marketing Manager

During my interviews, I was amazed by how much time and effort everyone invested in getting to know me. All of the partners took the time to meet and interview me personally, which showed that they were committed to valuing each team member for who they are. I was also impressed with how clear Trident was about its goals. They openly shared their vision for the company, leaving no doubts about where Trident is headed.

As the Marketing Manager, my focus is developing strategies to help Trident grow its market presence. I’m excited to create marketing campaigns, build strong relationships with clients, and boost Trident’s brand visibility. At Trident, creativity is valued and new ideas are encouraged. I have the freedom to explore fresh approaches that set Trident apart from its competitors.
