A graduate of The Citadel, Ryan found Trident through a referral from his church. At the time, he was working for a global company that required him to travel, but he really needed to be home to help with his kids. After talking with Trident, Ryan realized it was the perfect fit. His work is now local — there’s no relocating for projects — and the work he’s doing, from multi-family housing projects to mixed-used developments, is fulfilling.
As a Superintendent, he wears many hats. And whether he’s coordinating with subcontractors and managing schedules or implementing safety practices and maintaining quality standards, Ryan uses his fifteen years of experience to ensure every client is satisfied with the work we do.
Accounts Payable Administrator
26 years is a long time to work for the same company, but Marilyn wouldn’t have it any other way. When she moved to Charleston from Texas (by way of Alabama), she began as a clerk in the accounting department and, as she says, was given every opportunity to grow with the company. Because of her strong work ethic, her role over the years has expanded.
When asked what’s kept her with Trident for so long, she sums it up with one word: family. Trident has grown exponentially since Marilyn joined the team, but the culture and environment hasn’t change a bit.
