This 24,000 SF medical office building is be located in Moncks Corner near Carnes Crossroads. The medical office building consists of three stories. The first floor is upfitted for a general family practice. The second floor is upfitted for a cardiologist.
Employing our TEAM BUILD approach, Trident Construction hired Coast Architects to work in a collaboration “open book” process to achieve our clients quality, budget and schedule objectives. Working with our design professional, Trident Construction offered Smart Choice cost savings including a floor and wall design that minimized foundation cost.
