Trident Construction provided our TEAM BUILD services for the 9.2 acre Pacific Box mixed use development on upper King Street. The site contains an existing 80,000 SF warehouse that was renovated for multi-tenant uses that includes a high-tech software company, general office, and brewery with a charcuterie restaurant and tasting room. The development also includes a new 2-story, 13,000 SF core and shell office addition and two 17,000 SF free-standing buildings. The new buildings provide spaces for a yoga studio, café, restaurant, and general office tenants.
