This 40,000 SF Medical Office Building addition to the existing hospital is located on the Summerville Medical Center (SMC) campus. The two-story facility houses a number of specialty practices including Coastal Carolina Bariatric Center and Carolina Women’s Care.
Employing our TEAM BUILD approach, Trident Construction introduced concrete tilt walls and an alternate foundation plan to the owner and design team. The incorporation of these SMART CHOICE value management options provided $470,000 in savings and accelerated the total project schedule by two months.
