Our proven ONE-WAY Design® process continually tests the design with our client’s project budget, quality and schedule requirements. ONE-WAY Design eliminates the need for costly re-design that could adversely affect the project goals. During construction phase, we utilize cutting edge technologies and management practices to assure clear communication and project momentum. Some of the technologies we have incorporated into the field include VIEWPOINT® Project Management software, on-site access to up-to-date drawings and specifications through PlanGrid® and Primavera®/Microsoft Project® scheduling software. At the regularly scheduled Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) Meeting, all critical elements are reviewed to confirm continued project success.
